1 Old Chapel Cottages is a beautiful traditional cottage with a quirky edge. At the front of the cottage is a small enclosed gravel area, with the front door leading into an open plan living and kitchen area. The cottage is beautifully decorated throughout with shades of blue and teal, and the living room has seating for four around a wood burning stove and TV. The tiled kitchen area has an electric oven, hob, fridge with a small freezer compartment, dining table and chairs. Beyond the kitchen is a very handy porch area with space for coats and shoes by the back door. A modern downstairs bathroom in front of you comprises of a bath with shower over, washbasin and WC. Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a standard double bed, and the other with a narrow 4' wide double bed. Outside and through the back door leads to a small enclosed courtyard, with access to the outhouse opposite. Here you'll find the washing machine and freezer. The cottage has unlimited WiFi for guests and two dogs are welcome free of charge. There is on-road parking for one car adjacent to the property. Further parking can be found on Old Chapel Road. The cottage is a very short walk from the dunes, dog friendly beach and other local amenities in the village of Winterton-on-Sea.
