The Great Yarmouth to Caister Walk is a 6 mile (9.66 kilometre) circular walk starting at the White Swan public house on North Quay in Great Yarmouth.
This walk starts along the river Bure path to Bure Park and then takes you through Caister village and out to the Caister Lifeboat Station and along Great Yarmouth's north beach and sea front.
Caister Lifeboat station is the only independantly run one of it's kind in the U.K. and well worth a quick stop to check out its visitor experience centre if you have time, it's makes a good half way stop for refreshments as well. (Please check website for opening times). Alternatively you will find a number of cafes, restaurants and pubs along the route which can offer lunch or a snack.
Public facilities are available on Caister High Street.
