The Drill House is home to Out There Arts, the organisation behind the Out There International Festival of Circus and Street Arts staged in Great Yarmouth every year.

The Drill House has undergone a £1m redevelopment offering a flexible venue for a range of cultural, community and commercial uses including artistic residencies and activities, workshops, training, classes, meetings, parties, fairs, events and private functions.

The Drill House main hall is usually subdivided into two spaces; the North and South Hall. Alternatively it can be opened up to provide a venue for large scale residencies, shows, events and fairs.

The Garrison is a small, flexible meeting room or studio space situated upstairs.
